Flex Boot fastening system uses two different kinds of rivets: ball rivets to attach the straps to the boots, and plain rivets to secure the TPU gaiter to the boot shell. In addition we sell flat rivets which can be used instead of ball rivets on the medial side of the boot shell to attach the back strap to the boot permanently. This is especially useful if the horse has a narrow gait and brushes its legs together.
